Herewith,we would like to share an important update on waterpark access at GrandHyatt Dubai.

We kindly request your assistance in removing any referencesto the opening date of the Grand Hyatt Waterpark and its inclusion for ourmutual customers.

Effective immediately, all rates—both promotional andcontracted—for the travel period from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025,will not include complimentary access to the Grand Hyatt DubaiWaterpark, regardless of whether the Waterpark opens during this period.

Previously, there was an indication of an opening timeframeof “early 2025.” However, they will now refrain from announcing the officialopening date and related terms and conditions until they are firmlyestablished.
